The tunnel as shown on Waze is too far to the West, and needs moving slightly. It is also causing an incorrect routing for postcode E14 9JA because Waze places the centre of this postcode slap-bang on the blackwall tunnel!

Downlocked. There’s a bit of a pile up of place names there: Isle of Dogs, Poplar, Blackwall. Can you give some thought as to how to tidy up.

As for the place names, that’s a little more difficult, as those areas are legitimate parts of London, and even just about in the right places!
There were only apparently 4 map segments labelled Blackwall - so I’ve changed them to Isle of Dogs - so the blackwall name should disappear.
If you want to unlock this segment, I can tweak the path of the northbound tunnel to more closely match its actual route.
