More generally, the A24 is only a minor highway, so according to the UK Locking Policy should only be locked to level 3. Perhaps someone could downlock the whole road?
I am one of the AM’s for the area. Level 4.
I’ve downlocked to L3 for some nearby sections. I’m limited on screen time today so can’t do more but if no-one else does other stuff I will tomorrow (hopefully).
I’ve been along the A24 from Leatherhead down to the coast and downlocked all L5 segments of minor highway to L4.
Although it’s not a trunk route, the A24 is a pretty major one. The Wiki says “…particularly important sections may be locked at level 4 by a local, active AM/CM if considered strictly necessary.”.
Well you’re local and active - so I’ll leave the decision to you! :lol: Now it’s all at L4 or lower, you can decide whether to bring it down to L3.
