L5 Downlock: A682 - Manchester Rd et al, Nelson (Lancs)

Hi. Please could the following 3 batches of segments be downlocked from L5 to L3 to enable me to correct turn restrictions, connect new segments, align geometry to visuals and correct for navigation instructions.

They are:

  1. Manchester Rd
  2. Broadway &
  3. Holme St
