Hi this should be a keep left to exit the dual carriageway for the roundabout.
Hi,
I’ve made a slight adjustment to the angle of the junction on the exit to the roundabout. This should adjust the instruction given but can you update the UR there to ask the reporter to check this in a few days (if possible) to make sure that the expected instructions are given.

Hi Des,
I had a similar issue with this in this location
https://www.waze.com/editor/?lon=-4.26993&lat=55.86175&zoom=7&layers=TBFTFFTTTTTTTFTFTTTTTTTTTTTT&segments=142368130&env=row
after trawling through the forum, the only way I could get it to instruct keep left was as shown.

Hi,
Doing a “Y” junction/split?

Not sure if that is the terminology to describe it. I had to add a short segment so that both the roads at the split were of the same type.
Hi,
Hmm… Ok, I have adjusted this again, very slightly. Can you let me/us know if this works once on the live map? ![]()

Thanks Des. I’ll keep an eye on it.
Hi Des, this now appears as a turn left as opposed to a keep left.
Hi,
Just updated the junction and UR. Let me know… ![]()

Hi,
Looks like this has reverted back to the original status of no instruction. Do you think it is worth trying the cheat with the y split with a very short extension of the major road type on to the right split before reverting to a slip road as per https://www.waze.com/editor/?lon=-4.26991&lat=55.86191&zoom=9&layers=TBFTFFTTTTTTTTTTTTTFTTTTTTTT&env=row
Hi,
Tried the above. Let’s see what happens… ![]()

Hi Des,
The last update didn’t work either. Investigating this, it is prob because at the other location there is a change in name of road from A804 - Newton St to A804. Do you think the road to the roundabout should actually be changed to a ramp type? It is after all an exit.
Hi,
Another quick and small change, a no name section which should, I hope, force a keep left instruction… ![]()

HI Des,
The last update worked. You can close the the UR as solved now.
