Access to Swinburne St has been blocked so this needs unconnecting.
The whole of the A5250 here seems to be L5 - can it be downlocked a peg or two?

I’ve just noticed that there’s a large area of Derby (Mickleover/Littelover) that seems to be nearly all L4/5 locks. I’ll take a further look and post this in a new thread.
