Will a lvl 5 editor please have a look at THIS report. Judging by the aerials flyovers are under construction. The lock is L5 by Rod so I’m guessing it was on purpose.

Don’t remember why I locked that. It’s from January, so I can’t blame ‘lock-creep’ since that was changed by then. I’ve downlocked to Level 4 so you can fix that restriction. I think we can leave it at 4, since there will need to be changes when the roadworks are done.

Oh typical! Now I remember! Due to the construction, that Left turn was not possible when I was in Durban. When? January… :oops:
And the map problem may be using old data, but perhaps it’s safer to enable the turn now. We’ll soon get URs if I’m wrong (it’s been know to happen)
