Can this these connecting roads be downlocked from L5 to L1 Chennai Outer Ring Road and NH45 - so that the slip-roads can be joined up please.

Done. Please, next time selects the segments you want to be downlocked, so I can do it with my mobile phone

That worked well, can you also downlock L3->L1 these segments Exit to and Sliproad from outer ring road
Have selected both segments in question - hopefully that works.
Will reply back with all the segments once I have finished connecting them up so they can be relocked.
