Hello, To edit the following segments, I need EB & WB 401 segments unlocked. Can you assist?

Reason: The gore points for EB 100>110 km/h, and WB 110>100 km/h are 225m W/of the current location. I confirmed it BOTG while travelling to & from Montréal (two days apart). SV from last November also confirms the gore point too.
