Reason: There’s a much better way to disabled the turns at this intersection based on the signs posted, rather than involving a JB. That is, setting the middle segment as one-way NB/prohibit the straight turn at the WB segment, and prohibit the EB left turn. That’s what I like to do with the JB deleted.

Got it done, yeah you can review it. I’m pretty sure we don’t need it, unless it’s about the timing of the traffic lights that can cause somewhat backups.
Majority of the intersections on Eglinton between Leslie & Kennedy (except EB at Sinnott) have no signs posted for U-turns permitted, even if it looks okay to perform those turns, so I think we should just prohibit it anyways.
No U-turns possible with the current TRs so I haven’t replaced the TR.
