Reason: Two things. It looks like the ramp to Ch. King Rd is now reverted back to 2 lanes. And just the other night, while browsing through proper closures by using the MTO Cameras, it looks like there’s a 4th travel lane added for just approximately 850m. So the LGs at the ramp to Ch. King Rd should be |S|S|S|SR|R|. Here’s an MTO camera image to show you the 4th travel lane (this is facing south).
