Has the cross-over been removed or can you only turn right off of Old US-74?

Cross over is still present, only right turn allowed onto 74W (no left turn allowed onto 74E) from Old US74.

Okay. I disabled the straight through motion from Old US-74. That way US-74 W traffic can still make a U-turn (as long as that is still okay to do of course).
