When on Lloyd St. travelling north east onto Buncombe St., you cannot turn left (there is a concrete divider). Similarly you cannot turn left onto Lloyd from Buncombe. I’m not sure how to fix that.

You can post these problems where the road segment is locked above your level in the US unlock/update forum.
This one isn’t wrong, just a better chance to get fixed in that thread.
