I’m a Level 1 editor (first edit!) and I could not change a green arrow to red.

There is no left turn allowed off Bangor Dr. onto Rockville Pike (there is a solid median in the middle of the road dividing the northbound and southbound lanes. You must turn right on Rockville Pike from Bangor Dr. then make a U-turn if you want to head the other way.
