These segments need to be restricted to travel because of construction. 50% of the road will be closed to all traffic for an undetermined period of time due to construction - the road is still accessible but will experience very heavy traffic.

From your description, it sounds like this is only a long-term lane closure - if that is the case nothing needs to be done or should be done to the Waze map. Waze will “see” the delay and route accordingly.
