Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue is level 3 locked, so I cannot connect the side roads here, please lower lock level to level 2, one segment allow to to fix

I’ve started fixing this now. Not only Spyrou Kyprianou Ave should not be locked, it also should not be split in two one-way roads. (see this wiki entry for more info: https://www.waze.com/wiki/index.php/Best_map_editing_practice#When_.28Not.29_to_Split_a_Two-Way_Road )
