I was driving in this area with the navigation and noticed that what Waze directed was not the same as the signs posted in the area. It is my understanding that the road’s name should be the same as posted signage. In that case, Waze should suggest “to 93N / Sullivan Sq. / Somerville / Medford” since that is the sign (as it shows in Google Streetview). Also, I was wondering whether this particular road and the one on the other side would be qualified as a ramp?

Ramps are reserved for connecting roadways at different elevations and technically both ends of the segment are at ground level because the highways goes underground. I did rename a segment NB to match the signage and hope that it is read by Waze TTS appropriately.
