I added a small private road that needs to be attached to Moran Access Rd but I need a Level 3 editor to do so. The road runs from Moran Access under the Northeast Expressway (Rt. 1) and is the main road to get to 200 Terminal St. I have it as a private road as it is a gated road but it is open to the public during business hours.

Added it and dropped the lock to L1 for the Access Road.
