I’m trying to make edits to road restrictions for the gated community I live in. There is a service gate that is only open 7am-3pm, M-F and closed otherwise. Unfortunately these restrictions are not noted in Waze and will often direct drivers there. This requires a Level 3 person to make the edit, which I cannot. Any help?

The direction B to A is restricted between the hours of 3pm and 7am, Monday to Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. During those hours, the service gate is un-manned and there is no access permitted in that direction whatsoever. The main gate is a little further north and is open 24 hours a day. Thanks so much for your help on this. It has been a huge pain in the a** with Uber and delivery drivers who are directed to the service gate when it is closed.

I’ve set the closure effective immediately for the short term. Once the map updates in a few days, the restrictions I’ve added to the segments (though not visible in the app) should take effect. Let us know if there is a change or end date for these restrictions.
