Sorry. Here is the link with the segment highlighted that I need unlocked. It isn’t the segment that needs a connection updated but is linked to that L1 segment preventing me from making the change.

Done, It was actually 2nd segment you highlighted that was preventing the edit. I checked GSV in both directions on Boulevard and left turns are, indeed, prohibited both ways.
Please check the edits.

My son goes to college in ATL and I’ve been editing only the Decatur/Druid Hills area. I happened to see that request on the forum. Spankdog is aware that I do help out in that area.
Just keeping an eye out for abnormal stuff.
