Road in question is kind of a parking lot road to the park that is there. There is a traffic light there but I consider it part of the lot.
Anyway the turn out of it onto Lewinsville is allowed in all directions, but I don’t have permissions to edit it so I think that’s why I can’t change the road I added based on approximate GPS paths.
I enabled all the turns on Lewinsville rd. You need to go in and give that segment a name so that it isn’t red in the editor. The segment in the parking lot that it connect to isn’t parking lot type so you can change that as well. You should have all the permissions necessary to make those changes.
