Lowered. I’m glad you came up with these; I was trying to work with someone else in the area, but they couldn’t tell me what the situation was, especially on the northern example.

I actually had a hand in the design of this interchange… 
Might explain why it’s a bit confusing!
Both are now fixed. In addition, these three old ramp segments can be completely deleted, as they are not going to be reconfigured or reused, and the new SB 99 off-ramp & on-ramp are already correctly shown. There are still two on-ramps yet to be built, but both will be on the south side of Lathrop Road. So for the next few months, this will bring this area up to current! I’ll add the two new on-ramps and the final change to Lathrop Rd east of SR 99 once they finish paving and open them to traffic.
