I am level 2. please unlock Permalink from Level 3 to Level 2 for adjustments and additions of new intersections as per ongoing major roadworks in the area.

Once unlocked I can tidy the intersection up. The traffic directions are all correct, but Its very messy as I have left it :o

I want to drive the length of A9 Northern Road again to check accuracy of the changes I have made before you lock it all down.
Appreciate if a Level 3 or above could unlock this: Permalink to Level 2 so i can tidy up and finish.
