Orbit, have you looked in the Chinese language forum? Not much action there, including an unlock request that’s been sitting unanswered since the 3rd of march, he’ll get better results here where any ROTW CM with server wide rights should be able to help him.

Perhaps, it’s best to get in touch with"zsezo" or one of the waze Moderators of the China forum?
