Please unlock this segment so that I can add a parking lot road around the adjacent KFC restaurant on east side of road, with correct turn directions (no left turn) allowed out of parking lot. This will resolve a user reported problem at that location.

Lock lowered. Remember to be conservative with PLRs. I changed the KFC to a point Place to align with guidelines.
