I’m level 1, and the two roads I need to connect the parking lot road here:
To are Level 2 and Level 3. Without this, routing FROM the hotel Aria (which needs to be approved) is circuitous for travelers heading south.
You can ONLY turn NORTH on El Camino from the parking lot, but you can turn both ways, in and out, on Del Medio, allowing you to then make the Left (south) on El Camino from Del Medio.
It’s probably easier to just connect my PLR and have the turns right than doing unlock, and answer, then relock.
