There is no right turn allowed at the bottom of this ramp.
The other lane on the ramp is marked correctly and the division is correct as there is a paint median between the two.

From what I can see, the ramp on the right hand side should be able to turn right, correct? Only the left hand ramp is restricted from turning right. Right?
Actually, neither is allowed to turn right. They put up about 6 signs all over the intersection a while back and now force both lanes to turn left.
So this ramp need the right turn restricted too?
