House is at the end of a cul-de-sac and it thinks the address should be odd numbered. The actual house number is 16850 and it is on Glen Ct.
Thanks
Altho I don’t have edit permissions there, making Glen Ct. “straight” (or slight dog-leg right instead of left) will allow you to place the even numbered address on the left side of the street. Most addresses can be forced, but because of even/odd convention, you can never force an odd or even numbered address on the “wrong” side. That’s a hard and fast postal convention.
