Level 4 (Auto) --> L3 unlock B2150 "Asda Roundabout" Havant

Hi,

Please lower the lock level on this roundabout and connecting roads from level 4 (Auto) to level 3.

The roundabout is being significantly enlarged, taking over a year to complete, due to finish at the end of this year. Traffic is now being diverted onto a section of the new layout. I have paved that section but can not edit the actual map.

I am level 3, Area Manager for the location. I live just down the road from the roundabout so can update the layout when needed.
