Could these two segments please be unlocked to 1 so I can connect the parking lot two the two roads? Alternatively, if you want to create the intersections:

Intersection with Fairway: No left turn from Fairway -> Lot, no left from Lot -> Fairway.
Intersection with Wilson: All turns allowed
