I am a level 1 editor responding to a UR.
I need the following segments of Lenox Avenue:

unlocked to level 1 in order to resolve a map problem. The resolution requires adding time based left turn restrictions which are detailed in the UR.
send a permalink to the UR in question. And did you verify by street view the turn restriction was in place? Sometimes there are temporary turn restrictions. Need details. You can always ask for details in the UR. You don’t personally have to go of course, but we don’t want to fix without verifying the details. Construction is rampant and constant, but sometimes turns are restricted based on the whims of the construction foreman. 
I did verify the correct turn restrictions with street view, a technique
i learned from you. The UR in question is the one that opens from either of the permalinks in the original unlock request. The documented time restrictions were in my comments, not the reporter’s. That comment has since disappeared, whether because I didn’t hit send, or due to a system glitch, I cannot say for sure. However, I have added that comment back to the UR and verified that it is saved. Technically I only need one of the two segments to satisfy the UR, however I verified with street view that the turn restriction is needed going both north and south on Lenox, so I am requesting both segments so that I can add more value while I am in there.
I’ve lowered both segments. You’ll need to adjust the turn restriction for both directions then for both time ranges by adding two turn restrictions and turning the green arrow to yellow.
