Reason: Add a turn lane off of Estates Lane onto King St W as per UR.
Is this referring to the right turn from Estates Lane onto King St W? I don’t see the need for an AGC here. It looks as though there would be sufficient warning to make the right turn. An AGC here would complicate the intersection more-so than it needs to be.
