Level 2 editor adding new roundabout on level 4 road

Dear Reviewer, hope all’s well.

New roundabout at Busselton Bypass and Fairway Drive is open and construction is almost complete. We updated local knowledge map for the area. Can you please unlock 2 segments Busselton Bypass so we can add the roundabout.

Before we can proceed we’d need Fairway Drive reopened too, in case it’s not already.
