Level 4 to level 2 unlock - NB

[restless_in_nb]

Hi again, could a level 4 or higher please unlock the following segments to level 2 so that I may fix the turn restrictions onto connecting roads?

Thanks!

I also need a level 3 to 2 unlock on the following segments in the same area for similar reasons

Thanks!
