Yes I did, I can’t update the closures. There are construction workings and the three segments are closed. I try to eidt them and it keeps saying I need level 4 permission. I’m sorry if I am not doing it alright, I’m just learning and trying to help 
That’s correct. You can’t edit RTC (real time closures) until your own editing level is 4 or higher.
But for a long term construction we use TBR (time based restrictions) and that is something you can depending only on the road’s lock level.
But when you do please set an end date, is that unknown use an estimated end date!
