My Level = 2

UR indicates Waze didn’t route user from parking lot road onto NY-2 (Troy Schenectady Rd). Parking lot road is not connected to NY-2 despite an apparent attempt by another editor [Updated: July 19, 2015 by HarryThor(2)].

I’d like to connect the parking lot road to Route 2 and allow right turns from parking lot road onto Route 2. Will then change parking lot road to one way as indicated by signage visible in Google Street View.
