Need several portions of US-13 unlocked. Numerous other editors have cluttered up part of the area with at-grade ramp types and unnecessary turns. There are also several incorrect turn restrictions and superfluous junctions. My OCD does not like this

Great. Tidied it up. Only one change left–could you fix the turn restrictions at the following intersection there: https://www.waze.com/editor/?zoom=7&lat=39.28171&lon=-75.59312&layers=BFTFFTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTFT&segments=9283343,73544052,73545159,9276567,9276566,73545158

Should be able to make all turns from all segments. And the middle segment should probably be a “road” type instead of a ramp.
