A level 0 user deleted part of the existing road and drew in a replacement road. However, the ramp they connected to is locked, so they couldn’t set the turn permissions for the new road, nor the ramp:

The intersection now looks nothing like the photos, and now has full ramps, but I can’t add the ramps due to the highway being locked.

Wish Waze would hurry and update the GPS tracks. I had to guess on the exact location for the ramps that didn’t have UR’s associated with them.
