I thought it prudent to create these since one of the entrances to this parking lot is one-way only.
Also note that the entrance on Brock has a centre median, so left turn from Brock northbound and left turn out of the plaza to Brock northbound are not allowed. Same for the eastern entrance from Kingston Rd (no left from Kingston eastbound into this one-way entrance), but the western entrance on Kingston allows all turns.
