normally I’d be skeptical, since the “No Left Turn” sign usually is there so you don’t accidentally turn left the wrong way down Memorial Drive W – but I see they recently converted Ames St to two way, so it is unlikely that they would let traffic bear left there at the risk of conflicting with westbound traffic.
Thanks. I was equally skeptical, so I actually drove over to look at the intersection. The left turns is not exactly natural.
And I agree the sign is usually so that you don’t turn left on the one way, but then I think it’d usually have a “one way” sign. . .Ames has been two ways for a year or to at least. . .but the sign just popped up!
Now I just have to wait for UR’s saying that we can turn left there!
