I’m a Lvl 3 AM in the Columbia area and I need to change some turn allowances and draw a turn lane at this interchange, but Monticello Rd. is locked. In addition, a few of these segments need to be upgraded to Major Highway because it is one of the NHS’s Primary Arterial routes.
Upon finishing this, I’ll lock up the interchange to Lvl 3.
