I renamed the ramp per your instructions, but I’ve left the UR on the map for you to mark Solved.

Edit: I also reversed the order of the street names on the ramp. On both big green signs leading up to the exit, Calvine Rd is mentioned first, so the ramp is now named “Exit 289: Calvine Rd / Cosumnes River Blvd”.
