I’m L3. No report but trying to update map to conform with FedFuncClass. Highlighted segment needs to be bumped to a Major Highway from Minor.

Also, the reason this segment remained incorrect is that it is L5 while surrounding segments are L1. Could someone drop this to at least L3 so modifications can be made more easily?
