The NB exit ramp from I-94 to WI-158 has been reopened and needs to be reconnected.

I was able to do this at one time, but it’s locked at level 5 now. (I’m level 3).

Changed it to Lvl 3. Have at it.

I was able to reconnect it, but the intersection point to I-94 is locked, so I can’t change the turn arrow from red to green.

Arrow fixed, but I went ahead and changed the additional segment to Lvl 3 should additional adjustments be necessary.
