Need to connect parking lot road to interchange at Nokesville Rd. Allow all turns. Note that the Nokesville Rd segment to the west of the existing interchange is restricted to level 5, but the segment on the east side is level 1. I was able to connect to Nokesville Rd., but could not edit the turn restrictions. The parking lot rd. is required to close several URs where they are being routed incorrectly to that address.
