RT-34 and Atlantic Ave needs to be unlocked/corrected.

It is causing routes to use the off ramp and get back on just to continue straight on the same road.
I see that it is not built as an overpass (RT-34 above Atlantic Ave) which the lanes have junctions/nodes where the roads are not connected.
The northbound RT-34 exits onto Atlantic Ave should not have turns allowed.
The southbound RT-34 exit onto Atlantic Ave is allowed to turn left or merge right.
