Requesting a level 5 unlock of the intersection of SE 13th Avenue and SE Spokane. This is a multiple turn-restricted intersection on a bike boulevard that currently shows as all turns allowed, which is incorrect.

Another Lvl5 has unrestricted those turns. (Last Update doesn’t change for turn restriction changes only.) That’s why I have even the neighborhood street set to Rank 5. I’m going to leave this locked as is.
Please review the changes I made to turn restrictions on all four segments and let me know if something is still wrong. Go ahead and solve the UR if it is good.
