A user correctly reported that this exit should say “Exit 1: 7th St”, not “Exit 1: 7th St / US-101 N”. The 7th Street exit was no longer signed for 101 a long time ago.
Are we sure this sign actually changed?

I have not paid attention last few times I drove through there, but am not convinced the sign changed based on one UR.
(EDIT: Not sure why my street view JPG did not appear. I just posted the street view of that exit ramp and from the freeway you currently see US-101 shield.)
Sorry, I missed your comment. Can you say for certain it is changed? You say it was changed a long time ago like you remember when it changed? :?:
I drive past it frequently, but didn’t drive past it after seeing the UR. I’ll take a look on Monday and verify. My recollection was that things got re-signed after Octavia opened up, but that was a really long time ago and the street views should be newer than that. Maybe it’s a case of having seen what I wanted to see. I’ll let you know on Monday.

None of the 7th St. signs reference US 101. The first three show “Seventh St” and the final exit sign shows “7th St.” I can’t recall ever seeing US 101 on 7th St. exits.
Confirmed. There is no 101 on the signs anymore.
Thanks. I have updated the ramp name.
I also updated the wayfinder ramps after that ramp. They included “Exit to ROADNAME” when they should only say “to ROADNAME” once you are off the main road.
