  1. From San Tomas N, the right turn into the side road to Saratoga is not allowed.

  2. Once 1) is done, the right turn from San Tomas N to Saratoga should be disallowed.

  3. Since the side road from San Tomas S to Saratoga is there, the right turn from San Tomas S to Saratoga should be disallowed.
