    Looks like the segement coming off was deleted and then re-added, but the segments it should be connected to are locked at lvl 5. I fixed the segment, locked it at lvl 3 but I need a lvl 5 to connect it to both sides of Worcester St., fix the turns, then lock it at lvl 5.
