These Segments should not be locked and do not line up with the aerial.
I believe these were just updated recently. Are you local to the area? Since, Aerials not always reliable. 
I agree, you should PM the editor who locked it, there may well be a good reason for doing so. I don’t have access to WME at the moment so I’m not sure who locked it. This is in my AM area and I’ll look into it when I can.
As orbitc stated, you can not rely on the aerials.

I think an unlock is warranted here. They don’t match GPS tracks either.

Hi, sorry those were locked when I was fixing the intersection at LOL and 54. I was having someone go back and “fix” my fix so I did a lock of those roads to prevent it being buggered with. An unlock is warranted at that section of the road. In the future if you see a road I have locked and need it unlocked you can PM me directly. Sorry for all the hassle that this has caused. If you need more segments unlocked please let me know and when you are done editing please PM me so I can go back and lock it up.
